All right so there's countless articles of
how to make money online and that's
great null but the whole goal of
becoming an entrepreneur and becoming
successful is to escape the nine-to-five
and there's several ways that you can
make money not online and make a lot of
money alright guys so there's no
question that is very attractive for new
entrepreneurs to be looking online how
to make money online one because
typically with the nine-to-five job
you've got a timer string you're still
having to work your job and trying to
become an entrepreneur and it's a lot
easier sometimes to do that online and a
lot of times with online it doesn't
least seem easier to make money online
but that's not always the case so if you
guys know my store you know that I
actually started my entrepreneurial
journey when I was a firefighter and I
did start online you know I started with
Amazon FBA then moved into Shopify
dropshipping and that's great I know
several people that are very successful
with online business models but since
becoming an entrepreneur after being in
this game for a few years now I've met
several several young and old
entrepreneurs that started out not
online they've got a brick and mortar
type business or an offline type
business that's successful many times
these offline business malls actually
become more successful and have a lot
more potential than any online business
phone and I don't want you guys to go
ahead and think that you're limited to
online when you're just starting out
because you might not have a lot of
money there's business miles that you
can do with no money and I want to go
ahead and cover those for you guys today
All right so if you guys have followed
me for quite a while you know I've been
fairly successful in the online space
specifically through e-commerce with
drop shipping it allowed me to go ahead
and quit my nine-to-five with the fire
department even though that was more of
a 24:48 allowed me to go ahead and get
this Audi r8 but now you know I'm
starting this brick-and-mortar business
that I'm still keeping under wraps so
I'll be announcing to you guys very soon
but this isn't flying a lot of capital
and I'm able to use a lot of profits
that I've made in the online space time
to go ahead and go into that but since
I've been in the launch burner space
I've met a lot of young and old
entrepreneurs that didn't start online I
mean they started with either brick and
mortar type business or an offline type
business and become very successful
doing that so that's why I want to go
ahead and share with you guys today
first I want to go ahead and talk about
if you guys don't have money if you guys
are starting from scratch you still have
a nine-to-five you're trying to become
an entrepreneur
how you can actually do that offline not
using an online business model then I
want to go ahead and talk about some
offline business models that are kind of
considered jobs but you don't need any
money to start with these and then I
want to go ahead talk about more of the
big-boy type offline business most
business models like the
brick-and-mortar time business anything
like that that requires capital but how
to actually acquire the capital even if
you guys don't have money
Alright so many of you know of retail
arbitrage if you don't know what that is
essentially what you'll do is you go to
store like goodwill Target Walmart
you'll find products that are lower
prices store than what you can sell
online this is an online business mall
that's what we're talking about but it
applies to the flipping game so if you
guys have followed garyvee for any
amount of time you know that he
absolutely loves going to garage sales
and essentially doing the whole garage
sale flip game where he'll go find
things at garage sales negotiated way
down that essentially could be ten
twenty a hundred extra turn so that's
that's definitely a thing you can go
ahead and get started with if you guys
don't have any money
and this really does apply to you know
how you can go ahead and grind and
hustle in the beginning with zero money
you're trying to do the whole offline
business model I know of someone who used to sell trading carts used to flip trading cards and was consistently
making at least $5,000 a month it was
absolutely ridiculous but he was making
very very good money each month just
flipping trading cards the whole
flipping game guys is huge and if you
guys don't have any money this is definitely a way that you can go
ahead and get started as an entrepreneur
essentially replace your income another
big one right now that I've been seeing
a lot of entrepreneurs getting into is
the car flipping game so what some do is
they'll start with some some average
level kind of meeting level cars and they'll go ahead and
those I mean keep upgrading but the big
one that a lot of people are into right
now the very interesting one is flipping exotic cars what you'll do is you'll go ahead and start with a lower priced
exotic you'll flip that up and then then
you can be in a little bit more expensive one like a Lambo the
Lamborghini Huracan then you could be
going into you know a more expensive one
you keep flipping your way up the
beautiful thing with this is you guys
can be driving exotics for almost free
because you're flipping them along and it's an absolute beautiful business
model especially in the beginning when
you might not have a lot of money this
is essentially paying for you to be an
exotic car alright so another couple of
options that you guys can do that some
might consider more is a job but it's
actually still you become an
entrepreneur not necessarily having a
typical nine-to-five she could become a
real estate agent real estate broker
insurance broker.
I actually have a
couple friends I used to work with in
the fire department that are real estate
agents that do really well one in
particular does insanely well he's like
more than tripled his income that he
makes at the fire department he's
essentially still firefighter just for
fun but he does very very well as a real
estate broker and these are things that
you can go ahead and start with a very
very low startup cost it's not
completely zero because you do need to
go ahead and take the the test to go
ahead and get certified everything like
that but it's still very very low cost
entry business model that you guys can
go ahead and start being entrepreneurs
without using the whole you know online
entrepreneurship so these two things
whether it's you know going into real
estate are going into insurance or great
options if you guys are looking to to
start as entrepreneurs especially in in
today's market right now now when things
go south at the market these are things
that you might have a little bit of a
problem so you will definitely want to
go ahead and look into whatever market
you're in before you go ahead and just
jump right in alright so let's go ahead
and talk about some
more involved offline business model so
the first thing you guys can do is
actually start your own franchise so the
reason we're here at Firehouse Subs is
back when I was a firefighter I was in
the fire department one of the
firefighters was actually looking into
starting his own Firehouse Subs so he's
gone through the whole process of
applying for starting his own franchise
he had to have capital built up
everything like that this has been a
dream of his for a long time but you can
actually start a franchise there's
actually franchise options where you
don't need a lot of money to start you
can essentially do zero down financing
I've got a guy I know that he started a
snowcone type food truck a snow cone
truck in this particular company they
did it through had zero down down
financing so he had essentially zero
startup money for it and he did that now
this can be sometimes good it can be
sometimes bad it all depends on the
particular business in the market you're
in so you need to know your market for
that if you're going to do something
specifically with zero down financing
everything like that another option my
buddy
he's actually down in st. Simons Georgia
created his own CrossFit gym but he
actually started out just as a Cross Fit
trainer then he grew into this place
there was other owners of this gym and
then became the full-time trainer at the
number one trainer they then allowed him
to take partnership in the CrossFit gym
and now he's actually started his own
CrossFit gym he's in his mid-20s sorted
with essentially no money and I'm
actually going to have him on the
channel podcast coming soon to go ahead
and talk to you about how he did this
but he started with almost nothing start
just as a Cross Fit trainer it now
actually owns his own CrossFit gym
that's doing very very well
so if you're set on getting into a
business model that does require quite a
bit of capital to get started don't feel
discouraged if you guys have no money
first off there's waste you can go ahead
and get money to start a business you
can go ahead and try to convince a bank
a lot of times this is really hard to do
if you don't have essentially the the
track record of being an entrepreneur
success launch mirror but you can go
ahead and talk to a bank you can go
ahead and try to bring on a partner find
a partner strategic partner you know if
it would make sense for you to go ahead
and start with your business or you can
go ahead and grind and hustle this is
essential when I've done with the
e-commerce you know I'm gonna always
stay with e-commerce to an extent just
because I do really enjoy ecommerce it's
something I've become fairly good at but
I grinded with e-commerce to get me to
where I want to be long term you know
now I'm able to push into my
brick-and-mortar business from what I've
made from e-commerce and I've got even
bigger ideas later on down the line so
you guys can always grind and hustle in
the beginning especially if you're
starting out with no money grind and
hustle doing
the these really really work intensive
business models you know don't get you
to the point that then you can go into a
more advanced business and that's what
it comes down to you guys is you're
gonna have to work to make this work if
you guys don't have any money to start
right now it is going to call you cause
you to have some work and time
involvement right now to go ahead and be
able to invest into more capital
intensive business the whole point of
this video guys is I wanted to go ahead
and give you some ideas some ideas that
I've seen work very very well just like
I talked about the guy that my buddy
that started his own CrossFit gym from
essentially nothing the firefighter
that's a very successful real estate
broker or a firefighter starting
Firehouse Subs franchise wanted to go
ahead and give you ideas that I've seen
that definitely work and they're very
successful but the whole point of this
video is to go ahead and get your
creative juices flowing to go ahead and
kind of get this through your head that
if you guys are wanting to be
entrepreneurs you don't need to be
restricted to just a few online business
models yes for some of you that might be
what you want to do they somewhat are
more simple a lot of times you know the
off line especially brick-and-mortar
type business malls there's a lot of
complexities that go into that but it's
the whole point is to go ahead and get
you guys thinking because if you guys
have a dream to have a certain type of
business you guys can make it work
especially if you guys are wanting to be
entrepreneurs there are endless
opportunities the whole point of being
an entrepreneur is to create and
innovate and so don't feel like you're
restricted to just a few online business
malls I'm saying constantly these videos
of how to make $100 a day online how to
make money online as a teen and it's
just you know all the same types of
videos guys with the same five online
business models so just know that
there's so much more out there if you're
starting as an entrepreneur alright guys
